We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Central and South America.

There are various tiers of shipping:
- Free first class untracked shipping for orders within the UK.
- Royal Mail International Economy, Standard and Tracked services. These prices vary and can be seen on checkout.
In the event of a tracked shipment being lost in the post, we will take responsibility for refunding/replacing the item. In the event that untracked shipping services are chosen, the buyer is responsible for claiming for the loss from Royal Mail. Proof of postage will be provided in the event of postal loss. In the event we cannot provide proof of postage, we will refund/replace the item.
Please note that for orders containing more than 6 items, customers should contact us directly at email@example.com to get an individual quote.
Please also note that Royal Mail International Economy shipping can sometimes take up to six weeks to be delivered.
If we accept an order for delivery outside of the UK, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as this is not included in the purchase price.
If untracked shipping methods are chosen, we are not liable in the event of loss or damage by the postal service. We will provide you with proof of postage to enable you to submit a claim to Royal Mail for compensation for the lost goods. In the event we cannot provide stamped proof of postage, we will refund or replace the goods immediately. If Tracked shipping methods are chosen and the goods are lost or damaged by the postal service, we will refund or replace lost items immediately.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) In all other cases, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the time for us to receive and process your return and allows your bank to process our refund request.
